Nancy Grinstead is a licensed broker specializing in Myrtle Beach homes for sale in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as well as in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where she also deals with Pigeon Forge cabins. She is both a Broker/Agent/Realtor at BHGRE/East Coastal Living,located at 701 Sea Mountain Highway, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29682-2340, and at Crye-Leike Realtors, located at 2672 Teaster Lane, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Nancy joined February 2026.
Additionally, she is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Butterflies Chasing Mustard Seed Ministry Inc., a non-profit charitable organization established on August 20th, 2024.

Real Estate Life/Health Battle
it was 2006, Nancy Grinstead was dying, her lungs and abdomen continued to fill with fluid from live failure. Nancy Grinstead continue to have Paracentesis Procedures on a weekly/biweekly basis for over three and a half years.
The real estate had completely bottom out in Sevier County, JAnuary, 2007. In July, 2009 Nancy Grinstead was left with no choice but to closed Grinstead Real Estate and G &S Construction company.
Nancy Grinstead was soon to die, if, she did not get a liver transplant.
Nancy Grinstead was told just six months after becoming a real estate agent by Dr. Kozawa in Sweetwater Tennessee she was dying. from liver failure.
Nancy Grinstead did not look sick nor feel sick. This was devastating, Nancy Grinstead could not die. She had two young daughters and a family that was counting on her. A sick daddy, mother and husband that counted on her to help them.
Nancy Grinstead received her blessing, a liver transplant on August 16th, 200 from Duke University Medical Center.
Nancy Grinstead did not retire her licenses. She placed her licenses with American Dream Realty, Shelia Johns, Principal Broker in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Richard Grinstead had a horrific stroke just ninety days after Nancy Grinstead had spent three months at Duke, Two rejections and lung surgery. This forced Nancy Grinstead back to work in the down market just ninety days after transplant. Nancy was broken, not healed inside.
Mike and Deborah Korlin, C21 MVP, Sevierville Tennessee invited Nancy Grinstead to join friends at C21 MVP. in Sevierville, Tennnessee. Nancy Grinstead worked with Mike, Deborah and their staff of agents from 2010 to November, 2012 when Nancy Grinstead left office to take over Barnes and Associates Real Estate from principal/owner Broker Barbara Post had decided to retire. Barbara Post worked for James Barnes and took over Barnes and Associates Real Estate office after the passing of James Barnes, managing the company for over thirty years.
Nancy Grinstead opened a new building on main street in Sevierville where she continued to sell real estate until 2015. Nancy Grinstead transplanted liver was failing fast. The Chronic HepC in the boys liver had become active. Nancy Grinstead was left with no no choice but to take a sick liver, She was just days from passing.
Nancy Grinstead life was saved again. A cure for HepC was founded.
Nancy Grinstead was one of the first to take Harvoni treatments. Three months too much, caused severe brain fog for several years, slowing Nancy Grinstead down, she was not able mentally to tap into the sellers market from 2020-2023.
Due to treatments and the loss of The Grinstead family dream home in July, 2018 Nancy Grinstead and families life were shattered, all over a local bank wanting refusing to give an extension. The ten year Heloc loan had balooned. The family were all displaced,
Richard and Nancy Grinstead has one son-n-law and two beautiful grands who attend Sevier County Schools. Jason Momany, and a is retired army miltary veteran. Tessa Grinstead is engaged to Dre Bledsoe from Barborville, Kentucky.
In 2024-2025 Nancy Grinstead licences were in referral status.
Nancy Grinstead believes that when you do everything right and try to live the best you can. That when bad things happen God has a greater plan.

January, 2026.Nancy Grinstead is the founder, ceo, and director of BCMS Misistry, Inc. Salvation Seed Planters, handing out free salvation bibles in person and promoting the building of mini travelers chapels across America for all the public to enjoy twenty four seven.
Ten percent of all Nancy Grinstead real estate sales is donated to BCMS MinistryInc building fund.
Nancy Grinstead earned a GED at age fourteen after living home in September, 1973. Nancy's mother struggled to raise four little girls alone. Nancy Grinstead left home hoping for a better life and to ease her mother's struggle.
